Support and improve integration  of animation assets into the game engine.

Act as central point  between Programming, Design, and Animation teams.

Collaborate with Animation  to define, create, and maintain the animation pipeline.

Be versatile  working with motion‑capture data, keyframe animation, and in‑engine manipulation of animation content.

Participate in departmental meetings to share feedback and define the look and feel of content on screen.

Contribute to R&D efforts for tool improvement and evaluation of new technologies.

Deliver tasks on time  and review content in the engine.

Fix and support animation bugs.

Mentor and support the animation team, especially less experienced members.

Act as the first line of defense on the content side when a technical problem arises.

8+ years of experience in video game development and experience on at least three AAA games.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of game engines; knowledge of Unreal 5 highly desired.

Knowledge of Python/MEL/Maxscript or similar systems is a plus.

Positive attitude and strong understanding of the game development process and art/animation pipelines on PC and consoles.
