Salesforce Bilingual Administrator (French-speaking environment open to bilingual English speakers)

Main responsibilities:

Administration and Maintenance:
Manage all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user management (authoring, profiles, roles, permission sets), security settings, and data management, and storage.

User Support andmunication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries. Provide effective support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure clearmunication with users.

Requirements gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for enhancements or new features.

Development and Configuration:
Design, configure, and implement new features using standard Salesforce tools (workflows, Process Builder, flows, validation rules, custom objects, and fields).

Data Management:
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce through regular audits, data cleansing, and dataernance best practices.

Reporting and analytics:
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide key insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Training and documentation :

D develop and provide training materials for new and existing users. Maintainplete documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices.

Integration and Ecosystem :

P Integrate Salesforce with other business applications and systems. Experience with ERP systems is a strong asset.

Marketing and Customer Engagement:
Support and enhance Salesforce's integration with marketing and customer engagement tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar platforms).

Qualifications and requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce admin.

Proven experience in a similar role, including user support, system configuration, and data management.

Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development (Flows, Process Builder, workflow rules).

Experience with data management tools such as data loaders.

Certification Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) requise.

Additional Qualifications Desired:

Experience with the Lightning interface and transition projects.

Knowledge of sandbox management and deployment processes (e.g., Change Sets).

Good understanding of business processes in sales, marketing and customer service.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Webponents) is highly desired.

Experience with ERP systems.

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and customer engagement tools.

Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Marketing Cloud Administrator.
