The Change Management Advisor ERP (SAP) plays a key role in the successful deployment and adoption of new ERP solutions within the organization. This temporary role, lasting a few months, is essential to the success of our technological transformation. The Change Management Advisor is responsible for training and facilitating the transition of teams to the new digital environment.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Advisor ensures that employees understand, adopt, and fully leverage the functionalities of the new ERP/SAP system to maximize its operational impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement the established change management strategy, tailored to the organization’s needs and ERP project context
  • Execute an effective communication plan to raise awareness and engage impacted teams
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness activities for different user groups
  • Monitor employee concerns and implement actions to reduce resistance to change
  • Draft communication materials (guides, newsletters, FAQs, etc.) to keep teams informed about project progress
  • Design training modules adapted to varying levels of ERP usage
  • Collaborate closely with internal trainers and ERP experts to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Qualifications :

  • University degree in change management, project management, human resources, information systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in change management within digital transformation projects, ideally ERP/SAP (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or others)
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
  • Active listening, diplomacy, and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is an asset
