Location: MontrealOur client is looking for a
OCMTraining Specialist for a 13-month contract.
Start:
December 1st, 2025
End date :
December 31st, 2026 (With renewal option)

Remote but available for onsite meetings, and go live

English + FrenchSupports the adoption of new systems and processes by implementing change management and training strategies during major organizational transformations.Required profile: relevant bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience in change management/training (SAP/ERP preferred), bilingual English/French, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Power
BI, LMS, and Articulate 360.Key skills include prioritization under pressure, strong communication, collaboration, data-driven reporting, planning, and problem-solving.Change management responsibilities: develop OCM plans, targeted communications, stakeholder and impact analyses, readiness assessments, adoption monitoring, and proactive risk/resistance management.Training & governance responsibilities: coordinate training materials and sessions, support instructional design and translations, maintain documentation and platforms, ensure integration with project plans, and drive continuous improvement.Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
