YOUR ROLE :

• Handle varied and attractive cases in the field of civil and commercial litigation;

• Manage risks and issue legal opinions in relation to issues encountered by clients;

• Plead files, ensure the constitution and management of files, meet with clients and prepare legal requests;

• Participate and contribute to the firm’s influence, development and growth;

• Maintain excellent customer service, both internally and externally.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Have obtained a LLB;
• Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
• The ideal candidate has tangible experience in civil and commercial law for a minimum of two years;
• He has also argued cases on the merits and is able to independently manage a case in dispute;
• He has good business acumen;
• Bilingualism.
