We are seeking a Corporate Partner or Associate, based in Ottawa, to join a leading law firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of corporate transactional expertise, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Be a member in good standing of the Ontario Bar.
Have at least 5 years of corporate transactional experience.
Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and business acumen.
Exhibit solid client development and communication skills.
