Job Summary

Reporting directly to their Team-Lead, the Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing and troubleshooting Bellat Rx’s packaging equipment. The electrical assembler will work in conjunction with other departments such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation packaging, QC, and testing, and may have the opportunity to follow the packaging equipment to the end user to install and commission the equipment sold to the end-user.

• DEP in Electromechanics or equivalent experience (Mechanical and electrical aptitudes a must).
• 1+ years of experience in electrical and control panel assembly.
• Experience in assembly and/or repairs of industrial machines and equipment.
• Experience in installing power and control wiring in accordance with accepted standards and practices.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Ability to assemble and wire small and large electrical panels, and route wiring harnesses through structures and sub-assemblies.
• Troubleshoot equipment, identify, and fix problems.
• Evaluate equipment to make sure it performs according to specifications.
• Good working knowledge of French or English, bilingualism an asset.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
