We are currently seeking an Edgebander Operator/Machinist to join our growing organization .
Main Responsibilities:
Operate the edge banding machine to apply decorative edge bands on melamine or laminated panels.
Read and interpret production plans to ensure parts comply with specifications.
Adjust machine settings (pressure, temperature, speed) according to materials and types of edge bands used.
Inspect the finish quality of produced parts and make necessary adjustments.
Perform basic maintenance on the machine and report any issues to the supervisor.
Collaborate with the cutting, CNC machining, and assembly teams to optimize production flow.
Comply with health and safety standards in the workshop.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as an edge banding machine operator or in a similar role in a manufacturing workshop.
Knowledge of panel materials (melamine, laminate, MDF, etc.).
Ability to make precise mechanical adjustments and read technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality focus.
Team spirit and autonomy in task execution.

Salary offered: between $23 and $25/hour
