Intervenez auprès de personnes âgées en soins de longue durée comme infirmier clinicien, avec des postes permanents à temps partiel ou complet.
Au CHSLD Lachine, Santé Québec Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal – Universitaire cherche deux professionnels pour la DSAPA-SAD. Vous prendrez en charge une clientèle touchée par le vieillissement, la maladie et la polymédication. Le poste comprend des soins infirmiers, la prévention de la maladie, l’enseignement et l’évaluation des interventions.
Responsabilités clés :- Assumer un ensemble de soins infirmiers
- Réaliser les plans de soins et traitements
- Maintenir et rétablir la santé des usagers
- Évaluer la qualité des soins
- Participer à la recherche en santé
- Baccalauréat admissible en sciences infirmières
- Inscription à l’Ordre professionnel québécois
- Capacité à travailler en français et en anglais
- Approche respectueuse et authentique
- Bonne capacité de communication
Votre expertise clinique soutiendra la prise en charge, la prévention et le bien-être d’une clientèle âgée en soins prolongés.
