Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a Rental Coordinator/Agent. Are you an expert in sales and customer service? Proactive, with innovative sales-marketing ideas? We have the opportunity waiting for you!
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Receive potential customers

Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager

Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms

Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental

Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval

Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary

Input the necessary data at given time in Hopem

Respond to current customers on pricing and rental contract clauses

Provide a high level of customer service

Perform other related duties

The ideal person has :

Leadership, creativity, organized and ability to work under pressure

Be action and result oriented

Master interpersonal communication and have a customer service attitude

Business savvy

Required qualifications :

Minimum experience in a sales or rental position in the real estate field

High availability, evenings and weekends

Good knowledge of the South Shore of Montreal market and surrounding region

Bilingualism is an asset
