This is a regular full-time position and is located in Dorval.

• Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
• Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
• Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the storestocked and tidy.

• Strong aptitude for people management, communication and organization
• Vehicle parts knowledge(asset)
• Bilingualism in French and English as you will be working fluently with internal customers across Canada.
