Lead healthcare sales growth at Jubilant Radio pharmacies through team leadership, customer relationships, and regional commercial execution across assigned markets.
The Regional Sales Director leads Territory Managers and Account Managers across healthcare markets. This role drives regional sales strategy, develops talent, and delivers performance across new business and existing accounts. Success requires forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers and Account Managers
- Drive revenue across SPECT, PET, and Gallium product lines
- Manage pipelines, forecasts, and CRM discipline across the region
- Guide account prioritization, segmentation, and consistent account coverage
- Collaborate with National Accounts, operations, and marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or related field
- 8–12+ years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or radiopharmaceutical sales
- 3–5+ years managing field-based sales teams
- Success driving regional growth, acquisition, and account retention
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and strategic thinking skills
