Un établissement de santé et services sociaux recherche un(e) agent(e) d’intégration socioprofessionnelle pour un remplacement à temps complet. Vous accompagnerez des usagers vivant avec des déficiences et aiderez à leur intégration dans la communauté. Les responsabilités incluent le développement des projets de vie, l'identification des ressources adaptées et l'établissement de relations avec les employeurs. Le poste exige un DEC et une capacité à travailler avec des clients francophones et anglophones.
