As a Frontend Engineer at Aviron, your mission is to create exceptional user experiences that make our AI agent platform intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use. You will design and build modern web applications that enable users to seamlessly interact with complex AI agents. You'll craft interfaces that transform sophisticated backend capabilities into accessible, user-friendly experiences to drive adoption and business value across enterprise organizations.

Join our team of experienced engineers, taking on exciting challenges in building cutting-edge AI-powered interfaces. This role reports directly to the Director of Engineering.

• Create seamless, conversational experiences that enable users to interact naturally with AI agents across different workflows
• Develop reusable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency across our platform
• Build interactive demonstrations and proof-of-concept applications that showcase platform capabilities to potential clients
• Collaborate on user experience design to ensure our applications are both powerful and accessible
• Optimize frontend performance for data-heavy applications and complex user interactions
• Write clean, maintainable code following modern frontend development best practices
• Promote a culture of excellence in code quality, testing, and deployment practices

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and qualities:

• Experience building complex, data-driven web applications
• Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization
• Experience with modern build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• French speaking is a plus
• Experience with Type Script a plus
