Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers, guiding the skills and ensuring the quality of the teamDesign software architecture to meet planned requirementsDetermine and deliver accurate design and development time estimatesDesign and implement user-friendly software componentsIntegrate components with the whole applicationWrite code accuratelyImplement integration and unit testsFix any bugs found in the software programmingPrototype user interface componentPropose innovative solutionsExperience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software EngineeringA minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of productsExperience in leading a small team would be a great assetStrong knowledge of object software development, using C++Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS X platformsStrong knowledge of 3D graphicsKnowledge of application development using the Qt C++ toolkit is an assetAutodidact: energized by, and insatiably curious about, the world of high tech
