Your Impact
We’re looking for a talented  Senior Software Engineer  to join our Cloud Development team. In this role, you will:

Architect and build next‑generation features – Design and implement innovative capabilities for our cloud‑native access control platform using modern microservices architecture

Enable seamless hardware integration – Create robust integrations with physical security devices including smart locks, intercoms, biometric readers, and video management systems

Drive technical excellence – Establish best practices and mentor team members while delivering high‑quality, scalable code that powers security solutions worldwide

What You’ll Do

Develop cloud‑native microservices – Build and maintain scalable C# services that form the backbone of our access control platform, ensuring high availability and performance

Integrate physical security hardware – Create and optimize integrations with locks, intercom systems, biometric readers, digital credential platforms, and video management systems using protocols like MQTT

Collaborate across teams – Work closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions

Implement API and event‑driven architectures – Design RESTful APIs and event‑driven communication patterns that enable real‑time security operations and system interoperability

Ensure code quality and reliability – Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to deliver robust, production‑ready software

What You’ll Bring

Strong C# and .NET expertise – 5+ years of professional software development experience with C# and modern .NET frameworks (Core/5+), with a deep understanding of object‑oriented design principles

Cloud and microservices proficiency – Proven experience building and deploying cloud‑native applications using microservices architecture on platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP

Systems integration experience – Demonstrated ability to integrate with hardware systems, third‑party APIs, and protocols commonly used in physical security or IoT environments

MQTT protocol expertise – Hands‑on experience implementing MQTT‑based communication for IoT device connectivity, message brokering, and real‑time data exchange in distributed systems

Technical breadth – Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, message queues, event‑driven architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and database technologies (SQL and No

SQL)

Problem‑solving mindset – Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges and deliver innovative solutions in a fast‑paced environment
