Location: VerdunTasks
Coordinate inbound logistics flows and raw materials from overseas to the and Canada.Monitor maritime shipments: schedule appointments and update internal systems.Verify compliance between orders, commercial invoices, and transport documents (BOL).Select freight forwarders to optimize costs and service.Prepare and provide all required customs documentation.Manage direct-ship customer orders: entry, production follow-up, and shipment organization.Issue and review documents required for customs clearance (certificates, invoices, etc.).Update internal systems and customer platforms.Track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.Perform any other related tasks.Advantages

Solid experience in international logistics coordination and shipment management.Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs regulations (Canada/Bilingual (French and English) to interact with international partners.Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders (suppliers, freight forwarders, clients).Proficiency with IT tools and ERP systems (an asset).Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade practices.Ability to quickly analyze and resolve transport and compliance issues.
