Position: Internship BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German & English

New York, London, Brussels, Paris, Milan, Antananarivo, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo.
Today we work in synergy with more than 350 brands as close as possible to their customers in the luxury, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, insurance, banking and media sectors.

We’re looking for  an INTERN Brand Ambassador Luxury German & English to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Office:
Milan, ON SITE

Languages knowledge:

• German mandatory (B2 - C1)

• English (B2 - C1)

Tasks :

• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail

• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases

Contract :
Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.

• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
