As a Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines to live the best lives possible. In our Fochabers service we support four gentlemen with Learning Disabilities and Autism who live in their own homes. You will participate in activities such as concerts, holidays, day trips, meetings with friends and family, and club visits including bowling, swimming, golf and cinema.
You will need to be committed, reliable and flexible, with availability for some evening and weekend work. Support is provided 24/7 – hence weekend and overnight support may be required. We are currently recruiting for relief staff and a 37.5‑hour position.
- Assist with daily living tasks and routines, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
- Provide continuous support during day, evening and overnight shifts.
- Facilitate participation in leisure activities, community visits and therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with a team to deliver personalised care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and report any incidents or concerns promptly.
