Cleaning Supervisor to join our dedicated team at
RAF Lossiemouth

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind a spotless environment. Your day will include:

• Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards.
• Managing PPE and cleaning materials.
• Conducting team meetings and identifying training needs.
• Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness.
• Completing audits and preparing KPI reports.
• Hands‑on cleaning duties to keep accommodation and offices sparkling.

• Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus!).
• Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work.
• A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft apps.
• Driver`s license would be an advantage as some driving will be required.

• Hours
  :
  Permanent, full‑time, 30 hours/week, Monday–Friday, shift time 08:00 – 14:30.
