We are seeking a professional and reliable Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and vehicle care. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers with a focus on flatbed and commercial driving to contribute to our operational success.

• Safely operate flatbed lorries and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to specified locations.
• Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in safe working condition.
• Secure cargo properly on flatbeds to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to deliveries, vehicle logs, and mileage records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery times and any unforeseen delays.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including compliance with road safety laws and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.

• Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed vehicles.
• Demonstrable delivery driver experience with a track record of punctuality and reliability.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for commercial vehicle operation.
• Familiarity with route planning tools and GPS navigation systems is preferred.
• Valid driving licence suitable for operating large vehicles, with a clean driving record.
• Experience in handling cargo securely on flatbeds is advantageous.
