We’re hiring a Business Applications Manager to take ownership of the technology that underpins a fast-moving, multi‑site hospitality and retail business. This role is all about making systems work better for people and bridging IT, business teams, and external partners to deliver reliable, secure, and well‑supported applications.

As the Business Applications Manager, you’ll play a key role in projects, system improvements, and new site rollouts, while acting as the technical escalation point when complex challenges arise.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the technical performance and day‑to‑day health of business applications
• Acting as the IT representative on projects and new site launches
• Working closely with third‑party suppliers (such as Oracle) to manage issues, changes, and SLAs
• Partnering with business teams to turn requirements into practical technical solutions
• Coordinating upgrades, releases, and system improvements
• Ensuring applications meet security and compliance standards

What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting or managing business applications in hospitality, retail, or multi‑site environments
• Enjoy solving technical problems and coordinating across teams and suppliers
• Comfortable working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Organised, pragmatic, and focused on delivery and outcomes
