A leading catering company in Moreton-in-Marsh is seeking a Sous Chef to join their vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in quality kitchens and a passion for culinary excellence. Responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef in menu creation, maintaining high food hygiene standards, and mentoring junior chefs. The position offers competitive pay of up to £16.50 per hour, a 35-hour work week with predominantly Monday to Friday shifts, and access to an onsite gym and pool.
