What You'll Be Doing You'll support our Estates team by ensuring smooth financial operations across rent, service charges, insurance, and rates. From processing payments to liaising with property surveyors and external partners, you'll keep everything running efficiently and compliantly. Responsibilities Process payments for rent, service charge, insurance, and business rates. Raise purchase orders and supplier payments accurately and on time.

Manage credit control and resolve queries with landlords and agents. Ensure adherence to budget and highlight variances proactively. Collaborate with property surveyors and stakeholders to meet requirements. Interested? Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful Part-qualified in accountancy (desirable but not essential) or a strong interest in finance. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong numeracy and IT skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with large budgets and maintain accurate records.
