• Provide 24‑hour support for an individual with Autism and learning disabilities.
• Promote the individual's choices, wellbeing and independence.
• Maintain a quiet, supportive environment while also incorporating a dry, sarcastic sense of humour as required.
• Work within a core shift‑based team covering day and night shifts.

• Fully flexible across days and times – must be able to work any shift.
