Home Care Assistant

Overview

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life of our clients to join our team in Styvechale, Cheylesmore and Earlsdon. We match our support workers to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enables us to provide personalised support.

• Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
• Assist with personal care as required
• Support with cooking meals, shopping, and daily tasks
• Engage in meaningful conversations and reminiscence about life
• Build trusted relationships with clients and tailor support to individual needs

• No prior experience or qualifications required; we offer a comprehensive training and support package
• Useful to have experience in a care setting or interacting with older people (e.g., caring for a family member or voluntary work)
• Passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect; comfortable spending time in the company of others

• Rate of pay from £13.75 to £14.75 at weekends; double pay for Bank Holidays
• Mileage and pension contributions
