Role Overview

Health Care Support Worker – Renal – Band 3 (0.85 WTE, part‑time). Stobhill Hospital (Renal Dialysis Unit).

Shift pattern:
Monday‑Saturday long days, 31.57 hours each week. Salary pro‑rata for part‑time hours.

• Support trained staff in safe delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care to patients undergoing regular haemodialysis.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control procedures.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere within the unit.

• Health Care Support Worker – Band 3.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards.
• Previous NHS experience preferred; evidence of learning is desirable.
• Interest in renal care is helpful.
• Demonstrated team‑working skills.

• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Positive, friendly attitude towards patients and colleagues.
