Production Operative

Location: Broomhill

Production Operative, £27,146 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, great benefits, Monday to Friday 6am - 2:10pm, Permanent, near South Petherton.

We are seeking an experienced Production Operative to join one of the leading employers in the region. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process and work closely with the team to achieve the best results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and required specifications.
Accurately reading and comprehending manufacturing instructions and utilising the in-house IT system.
Maintaining full production line capacity while adhering to quality standards.
Swiftly addressing faults and identifying issues.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a busy production environment and possess:

Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Packages.
Prior experience in manufacturing or production.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A keen interest in machinery and troubleshooting.
be able to commute daily to South Petherton, Somerset
