The role is based in Morpeth, Northumberland and requires a minimum of 25 hours per week. Applicants should be well motivated, work flexibly, and contribute to the management team.

As a proactive Assistant Manager, you will assist in shop preparation, market products and services, supervise staff, and ensure the smooth running of the office. You should be keen to learn new skills and committed to providing the best customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shop preparation and marketing to the highest possible standards.
• Supervise staff and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with responsible gambling standards.

Full training is provided through our training programme. We open at 8:30 am daily, with shift flexibility to cover evenings and Sundays.

Pay
:
Starting rate of £12.48 per hour, increasing to £12.68 after training. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
