Kingdom Services Group is a key partner to Morrisons Supermarkets. We are offering a Retail Security Support Officer position in the NE65 area. We have increased our hourly rates to attract top talent and are looking to bring the right person onto the team ASAP.

• Hours:
  
  Approximately 27‑36 hours per week; 4 days on, 4 days off (site rota). Shift schedules:
  Monday‑Saturday 14:00‑22:00, Sunday 10:00‑16:00.
• Salary: £12.21 per hour.

  NE65 area, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

• Act as a visual deterrent and respond to incidents during duty.
• Perform store patrols, write reports, manage CCTV and provide general customer service.
• Follow safety procedures and assist in maintaining a secure environment.

• Valid SIA licence (or have applied for one).
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Flexible to cover short notice shifts and work weekends on a rotation basis.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional approach with good judgement and a keen eye for detail.
• Full five‑year checkable employment history.
