Working hours will be Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm. What you'll need to succeed You have previous experience in an Admin role and are able to work on your own initiative. You are organised and proactive in your approach to tasks. You have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. This role is a fundamental part of the organisation and requires you to have good communication skills, be able to follow strict procedures and have initiative to notify senior staff if there are any problems.
You will be required to have an enhanced security clearance carried out by the organisation to ensure you are able to work on site. The security clearance will require you to have photo as a valid passport or photo card driving licence.
