Chartered or Associate Building Surveyor (Public Sector Consultancy) I’m working with a highly respected multidisciplinary consultancy, previously ranked in the Top 35 UK Construction Consultancies and recognised as the 3rd largest SME in the sector. They’re urgently seeking a Chartered or Associate-level Building Surveyor (MRICS or Assoc

RICS) to join their London team. This is a critical hire for a growing public sector-focused division, and they’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running in a client-facing role. You’ll be joining a team that delivers across education, healthcare, local authority, and government frameworks, with a strong pipeline of refurbishment, compliance, and capital works projects. Your new role Deliver building surveying services across public sector frameworks Lead refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion Prepare specifications, manage contracts, and oversee compliance Support APC candidates and contribute to internal development Engage in business development and client retention What you'll need to succeed MRICS or Assoc
