Senior Quantity Surveyor - Property Services

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry leading Property Services Contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Motherwell office. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be play an integral role in overseeing the commercial success of our Housing maintenance contracts and ensuring the long-term vialbility and success of the business.

What are we looking for?

• A proven Quantity Surveyor who has commercial experience in refurbishment projects, ideally within the social housing sector.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
• Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
• On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
