We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global construction and property consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high quality, client focused services. This company holds a significant presence across the UK and Europe, supporting a wide range of public sector clients across Government, Healthcare, and Facilities Management (FM) sectors.

This role is reporting in to their Birmingham office, and supporting projects typically valued up to £5 million.

Your new role

As an MEP Surveyor, you will support the delivery of MEP surveying services across a variety of public sector and FM projects. This role focusses on technical data collection and reporting to ensure accurate asset information and lifecycle planning.

Your responsibilities will include:
Data capture, asset verification, and asset tagging on client sites. Producing and supporting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports. Assisting in the preparation of MEP cost plans and lifecycle assessments. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Supporting junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement. What you'll need to succeed Background in MEP surveying. Proficiency with Asseticom Experience in asset data collection, tagging & verification Solid understanding of building services systems and PPM strategies Detail-oriented and confident working independently on-site Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the Central region What you'll get in return
