Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who is a UK leading specialist in the Building management systems (BMS) sector.

A leading company within building controls who are looking to add to their team in a position that will mainly cover the Central Belt areas.

Salary & Benefits:

• 50,000 - 55,000
• Company Car or Car Allowance
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays and rising with service
• 7.5% pension scheme and rising to 10%

In this position the role will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, commissioning of small works and reactive call outs on various BMS Systems

• Responsible for commissioning BMS systems
• Service & Maintenance of systems

Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer
• Ideally you will have experience working on systems such as:
  Siemens, Trend and Tridium
• Ability to correctly interpret and alter existing control strategy in BMS Systems
• Knowledge with HVAC Systems and HVAC Plant rooms and how HVAC Plant interacts with BMS Systems
• Electrically competent.
