Senior Planner

A leading main contractor is seeking a Senior Planner to join its Scotland team based near Glasgow, supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across the Central Belt and beyond. • Lead planning and programming for multiple live projects and bids, producing robust tender and construction programmes.

• Monitor and update programmes, incorporating change events and working closely with commercial teams to protect contractual entitlement.

• Provide clear planning intelligence to internal and external stakeholders through reports, progress updates and analysis.

• Support project teams with sequencing, methodology and risk identification, helping to drive efficient, predictable delivery.

• Experienced Planner or Senior Planner with a track record in construction planning on high value public building projects.

• Able to manage several projects at different stages without close supervision, with strong analytical and organisational skills.

• Proficient in producing tender and contract programmes, reports and filters, including variance analysis against baseline.

• Strong communicator, confident in constructively challenging the status quo and proposing intelligent planning solutions.
