The Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major mechanical packages across diverse construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organisation known for its quality, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Attend project start-up meetings Collate and manage technical submittals Oversee labour management Prepare and update weekly progress reports, managing any changes or variations Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and client site teams to ensure smooth project delivery Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of all mechanical plant and equipment Ensure materials and resources are available to meet project timelines Implement and manage construction and commissioning programmes Oversee handover documentation and maintain the project document management system Attend site and subcontractor meetings, ensuring all actions are completed Identify and communicate any project innovations or improvements Qualifications &
Experience:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale building services projects. Qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred). Strong people management and team supervision experience. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Benefits:
