They are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a successful team & deliver a high-profile scheme on the south coast. About the Role As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for day-to-day site operations on a high-profile new-build scheme valued at circa £15 million.

You’ll be working as part of a dedicated team focused on managing internal packages, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and wider team to maintain quality and performance throughout the build.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all site activities and manage subcontractors Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Monitor progress against programme and budget Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders Drive quality standards and resolve site issues promptly.
