Steel Site Manager – Data Centre Project (South Wales)

The Role:

As the Steel Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the installation of structural steelwork and ensuring it meets quality and safety standards.
• Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance on-site.
• Overseeing progress, resolving issues, and keeping projects on schedule.
• Liaising with clients and reporting on project updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing steelwork installation on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and ensure project efficiency.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications preferred.
