For Entertainment Reporter position we are looking for Marathi Entertainment Reporter with

Experience of 2–5 years with budget of 5-6 LPA.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Marathi Entertainment Reporter with hands-on experience in interviewing Marathi TV serial celebrities and covering Marathi film premieres, press events, and industry launches. The role requires strong on-camera presence, sharp questioning skills, and deep familiarity with the Marathi entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Celebrity Interviews

* Conduct on-camera interviews with Marathi television actors, film actors, directors, and producers

* Handle solo interviews, rapid-fire segments, promotional interviews, and event bytes

* Prepare relevant, engaging, and audience-friendly questions tailored to shows, films, and personalities

Event & Premiere Coverage

* Cover Marathi movie premieres, trailer launches, press conferences, award shows, and TV show launches

* Deliver quick turn-around content: bytes, short interviews, VO packages, and digital clips

* Coordinate with PR teams, production houses, and channel teams on-ground

Content Creation

* Script and present entertainment news stories in Marathi (TV + digital formats)

* Come up with story ideas, trending topics, and celeb-centric content

* Adapt interviews into multiple formats: long videos, reels, shorts, articles

Digital & Social Support

* Understand digital-first formats (You Tube, Instagram Reels, Shorts)

* Suggest hooks, headlines, and angles for higher engagement

* Be comfortable with behind-the-scenes, live reporting, and quick mobile videos

Required Skills & Profile

* Strong command over spoken and written Marathi

* Proven experience in Marathi TV serial interviews

* Prior exposure to Marathi film premieres & entertainment events

* Confident on-camera personality with clear diction

* Good understanding of Marathi television shows, film industry, and celebrities

* Ability to work in fast-paced, event-driven environments

* Flexible working hours (evenings / weekends during events)

Preferred Qualifications

* Background in journalism, mass communication, or media studies

* Existing industry contacts (PR agencies, TV channels, film units)

* Experience working with digital entertainment platforms or You Tube channels

* Comfortable working with camera teams and production crews
