Event Operations Manager

Role Overview
The Event Operations Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute events including BTL activations, roadshows, exhibitions, campaigns, conferences, and corporate events. The role ensures seamless event execution while meeting client objectives and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and expectations.
Develop and execute detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor negotiations.
Manage event logistics such as venue selection, transportation, accommodation, and audiovisual requirements.
Oversee event promotion and marketing strategies to maximize engagement and attendance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient event execution.
Lead on-site event setup, coordination, and post-event activities.
Supervise event staff and volunteers, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and innovations in event management.
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in event planning, operations, or management.
Proven experience handling corporate events, exhibitions, roadshows, or campaigns.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and teams effectively.
