Job Summary
Luma Fertility is seeking a high-impact International Growth Executive to lead and scale its international patient services and medical tourism business. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of international patient acquisition, partner relationships, operational coordination, and revenue growth across global markets.
The role acts as a single-point leader for international patient operations, bridging global facilitators, agents, and partners with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1 . International Business Development & Partnerships
• Identify, onboard, and manage medical tourism companies, international facilitators, referral agents, and overseas partners
• Build long-term strategic relationships with medical tourism agencies, international facilitators, embassies, and corporate referral partners
• Drive market entry and expansion strategies across priority geographies (Middle East, Africa, SAARC, CIS, etc.)
• Negotiate commercial terms, referral structures, and partnership agreements
2. International Patient Acquisition & Inquiry Management
• Own and manage international patient inquiries across website, Whats App, email, partners, and campaigns
• Ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic communication with prospective international patients
• Coordinate treatment plans, medical opinions, cost estimates, and doctor consultations
• Drive high conversion ratios from inquiry to consultation and treatment
3. End-to-End International Patient Operations
• Manage the complete international patient journey including pre-treatment coordination, visa documentation support, travel and accommodation assistance, treatment scheduling, admissions, and post-treatment follow-up
• Act as a single coordination point between international patients and doctors, nursing teams, finance, operations, and front office
4. Internal Coordination & Process Management
• Align internal stakeholders to deliver a premium international patient experience
• Develop and optimize SOPs for international patient handling
• Track service quality, turnaround times, and patient satisfaction
• Monitor operational KPIs and partner performance
5. Revenue Growth, Reporting & Strategic Planning
• Own international patient revenue targets and growth metrics
• Prepare MIS reports covering leads, conversions, country-wise performance, partner productivity, and revenue forecasts
• Provide strategic insights to leadership on market prioritization, pricing, and partnership effectiveness
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
• 2–5+ years of experience in hospitality, Aviation, medical tourism, international patient services, or business development
• Proven experience managing international patient coordination and global partners
• Understanding of IVF or fertility services preferred
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage growth and operations
