Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Architect to support our business growth. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to craft compelling solutions, respond to client requirements, and help close strategic deals by showcasing the value of SIDGS offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solutioning

• Work closely with Sales and GTM teams to understand customer needs and business goals
• Lead discovery sessions, technical discussions, and solution workshops
• Create and present solution proposals, architecture decks, and RFP/RFI responses

Architecture & Technology Solutioning

• Design end-to-end solutions across:
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Application Development & Modernization
• API & Microservices platforms
• Application Managed Services
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization
• Embed application security, API security, and AAA frameworks by design

GenAI & Emerging Technology

• Design GenAI-based solutions such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, automation, and productivity accelerators
• Work with Google Cloud GenAI/Vertex AI ecosystem (conceptual & applied)
• Articulate GenAI value, use cases, ROI, and governance to customers

Pre-Sales Execution

• Build POCs, demos, and technical accelerators
• Create effort estimates, solution BOMs, and pricing inputs
• Develop reusable templates for proposals, architectures, estimations, and solution documents

Go-To-Market (GTM) & Business Articulation

• Bring clarity on SIDGS offerings across Digital, Cloud, API, Dev Ops, and GenAI
• Support GTM initiatives, campaigns, and industry-specific solution positioning
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on solution decks and campaigns

Collaboration & Enablement

• Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery teams
• Enable internal teams with solution knowledge and best practices
• Work closely with Google alliance and product teams
