Role Overview:

• The person should have rich experience in code management platforms such as Git Hub, Git Lab.
• In depth knowledge of Git commands and git branching strategies is required.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of working with tools such a Jenkins, AWS CI/CD pipelines Should have rich experience with dockers, Kubernetes & helm charts and should have deployed at least one project using these tools
• The person should have basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and UNIX shell scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management:
  Oversee the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient product releases.
• Automation & Infrastructure:
  Drive the automation of processes and the development of infrastructure as code (IaC). Ensure infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with software development, QA, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.
• Monitoring & Incident Management:
  Implement robust monitoring and logging systems. Lead incident management and post-mortem processes to ensure rapid resolution and learning from incidents.
• Cloud Management:
  Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring cost-effectiveness, security, and scalability.
• Security:
  Integrate security best practices into the Dev Ops processes to ensure our products meet the highest security standards
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest Dev Ops trends, tools, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Dev Ops with a strong background in software development and system administration.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
• Proven experience in managing and scaling cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in cybersecurity or a related field is a plus
