Role Overview
The Head of Mainline & Digital Business Strategy will lead integrated growth across traditional (ATL/BTL) and digital channels. This role is responsible for defining business strategy, driving revenue, building scalable offerings, and aligning creative, media, and performance teams to deliver measurable impact for clients and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Growth Strategy
Define and execute integrated business strategies across mainline (print, TV, OOH, radio) and digital (performance, social, content, influencer, tech).
Identify new revenue streams, service lines, and market opportunities.
Own annual revenue targets, profitability, and growth planning.
2. Client & Market Leadership
Lead high-value pitches, client negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
Act as strategic advisor to key clients, ensuring alignment of brand and performance goals.
Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive intelligence.
3. Integrated Planning & Execution
Ensure seamless integration between mainline and digital teams for unified brand storytelling.
Oversee campaign strategy, media planning frameworks, and ROI measurement models.
Drive innovation in formats, platforms, and storytelling.
4. Team & Capability Building
Build, mentor, and lead senior strategy, planning, and business teams.
Set performance metrics, processes, and best practices across departments.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
5. Financial & Operational Oversight
Manage budgets, forecasting, pricing, and P&L for mainline and digital verticals.
Optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
Ensure strong governance, reporting, and business hygiene.
Key Requirements
12–18+ years of experience in advertising, media, digital, or integrated marketing.
Proven leadership in both mainline advertising and digital business strategy.
Strong track record in revenue growth, large accounts, and strategic planning.
Deep understanding of media, branding, performance marketing, and analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
