What You’ll Own
As Lead – Enterprise Sales & Growth, you’ll be the tip of the spear for revenue in India, driving consultative, high-value deals with some of the country’s largest B2C brands. You’ll shape account strategy, drive conversions from pilots to platform-wide deployments, and help scale AiVANTA’s presence across India — with an optional growth path into MEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: discovery, consult, pitch, solution mapping, closure.
- Target high-volume enterprises (10M+ user base, 500K+ monthly messages) across BFSI, healthcare, loyalty, e-comm, and real estate.
- Build strong relationships with marketing, digital, CRM, and business heads at top brands.
- Run strategic POCs and convert them into scaled deployments via strong ROI positioning.
- Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and solutions to ensure seamless onboarding and renewals.
- Support expansion into the Middle East (optional) via referrals, past clients, or channel leads.
- Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline, with ownership over quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Must-Haves
- 6–8+ years in tech solution selling, with at least 3–4 years in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- - Experience selling to India’s top enterprises in BFSI, Healthcare, Loyalty, or similar sectors.
- Proven ability to close high-ticket deals (USD 50K–500K ACV) with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, stakeholder mapping, and enterprise buying cycles.
- Ability to navigate CRM integrations, API-led platforms, and explain value beyond features.
- Excellent communication, demo, and proposal skills.
Mumbai-based, and open to travel across India as needed.
