Qualifications &
Experience:
12+ years of experience in presales and solution consulting.
Strong understanding of technology, business processes, and customer pain points.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in cybersecurity, mobile application security, AI/ML-based security solutions, or enterprise SaaS platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in driving solution excellence, enabling sales teams, and ensuring strategic alignment across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a consultative mindset to craft winning solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Solutioning & Proposal Management - Oversee the creation of tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations that address client needs and showcase business value.
Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with global sales leaders, product managers, and delivery heads to ensure seamless solutioning and client engagement.
Sales Enablement - Develop and implement presales frameworks, tools, and training programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Market Intelligence - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs, to update our solution strategy and positioning.
Performance Metrics - Define and track KPIs for presales effectiveness, win rates, and solution quality across regions.
