We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader with deep BFSI and Fintech expertise to drive enterprise growth across banking, lending, insurance, and financial technology organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the BFSI enterprise sales strategy
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
Own revenue targets and manage CXO-level relationships
Lead negotiations and close complex enterprise deals
What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a strong BFSI focus
Proven success in closing large, complex deals
Strong understanding of financial workflows, risk, and compliance
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
