Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the technical aspects and benefits of our solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations and RFP responses tailored to customer needs.
Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans based on customer feedback and market analysis.
Provide feedback to product management regarding customer needs and potential areas for improvement in our solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Skills and Qualifications BTech/ BE in EXTC or Electronics
1-4 years of experience in a technical presales or technical support role is preferred.
Strong understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and networking, IIOT concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement software is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
