The Hardware Asset Manager (HAM) will manage the complete lifecycle of all hardware assets, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with policies, and accurate inventory tracking. This role involves acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware, while maintaining governance and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Hardware
Oversee the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of hardware assets, including laptops, mobile devices, networking equipment, and peripherals.
Ensure hardware lifecycle processes are followed efficiently and effectively.
Maintaining Inventory
Maintain accurate records of all hardware assets.
Track hardware movement, allocation, and utilization across teams.
Ensure timely reconciliation of hardware inventory with IT and finance records.
Setting Policies
Develop and enforce policies and procedures for hardware management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and reporting requirements.
Identify opportunities to optimize hardware usage and reduce costs.
Required Skills (Function: IT Asset Management)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in managing enterprise hardware assets and ITAM processes.
